What you chat about
We offer adult English-speaking people the opportunity to write text messages to various characters, including fictitious characters, on different platforms (fantasy networks). We help many thousands of lonely people every day to find new friends, exchange ideas with them and thus lead a meaningful life.
They exchange ideas online with anonymous fantasy figures. You will chat with them about everyday life, sports topics, the weather, current events, dreams, fantasies and adult conversations.

We attach great importance to complying with all applicable laws in the EU. For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to employ anyone under the age of 18 for our services.
We want to make sure that all our chat moderators are legitimate and do not engage in fraudulent activities. Therefore, we are obliged to request clear confirmation of your identity.
To verify your identity, we require a valid ID, such as a passport, driver's license or other document. We store your ID solely for legal reasons and to ensure that you are verified as a person and have a smooth onboarding process.
We attach great importance to the following requirements
- To apply to us, you should be able to write English fluently. If English is not your native language, we recommend that you do not apply. We will check your English language skills to make sure you are suitable for the job.
- You must be at least 18 years old to pay your salary and be allowed to chat with other adults. Please also note our privacy policy and terms of contract, as the privacy of our customers and employees is very important to us.
- You will need your own equipment, including a laptop and internet access, to do the work. Please make sure you have a reliable internet connection to ensure smooth communication.
- To be active as a chat moderator, you must maintain a minimum of messages/hours per week. We expect our staff to be committed and to maintain a high quality of work.
What does your remuneration look like?
As a chat moderator, you are an independent contractor and have the freedom and flexibility to decide how much you want to work. You can work from anywhere as long as you have access to the internet and a device to chat on (a laptop is recommended for best results).
Compensation is a percentage commission on messages and is calculated based on the number of messages answered. The rates per message depend on factors such as the time of day, holidays and other factors.
In addition, we also offer bonuses and other incentives for certain opportunities that may arise in the course of chats, as well as for referring a friend or working at certain times.
It's difficult to estimate how much you can earn as a chat moderator, but if you work 4-8 hours a day, 5 days a week, you can earn up to 200 euros a week or more. Some of our top chat moderators manage to earn more than 2000 euros per month!
We regularly pay out the remuneration/commission by bank transfer on the 15th of each month, so an IBAN is essential and mandatory for proper accounting and payment.
As a self-employed entrepreneur, you are of course responsible for the tax and other legal requirements that apply to your remuneration.

What are the next steps?
On the following days, you will continue to be guided by us, but will now work more and more independently and will be observed and accompanied by us.
We recommend planning an average weekly working time of 15-20 hours so that it makes sense and you can internalize things.
You are now able to describe the chats well, creatively and attractively.
To help you get even better at it, please plan on 20-30 hours a week.
You plan to work 20-40 hours per week (although this can be relatively flexibly specified by you and planned by us).
If you have implemented things well, you should receive a salary of 1000-2000+ EUR at the end of the month, which will be paid out on the 15th of the following month.
